Where is DEVCON in the Philippines?
DEVCON has 13 locations: Manila, Laguna, Legazpi, and Pampanga in Luzon; Cebu, Iloilo, Bohol, Bacolod, and Tacloban in the Visayas; and Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, and Bukidnon in Mindanao. The DEVCON HQ Office is at Makati or Ortigas.
