A DEVCON chapter is more than a location. It needs active officers, regular local programs, and shared standards. Communities without active or renewed officers stay volunteer communities. Becoming an active chapter follows a stringent process that tests commitment, readiness, and long-term alignment with DEVCON as a non-profit, beyond seed funds and tech hype.
